Background: Scleroderma renal crisis (SRC) is a rare but life-threatening complication in SSc, which defined as malignant hypertension and progressive failure [1] . Previous reports of the prevalence for scleroderma show variable outcomes. Objectives: We aim to find out SRC Chinese, conduct meta-analysis assess worldwide investigate possible factors variability. Methods: evaluated compared clinical characteristics SSc patients with or without SRC. A systematic review on was carried PubMed, Embase Cochrane. Meta-analysis performed using available data Results: 302 were enrolled PKUPH-SSc cohort 4.97%. In our cohort, found 3.60% limited cutaneous (lcSSc) 7.75% diffused (dcSSc) patients. Twenty-nine studies including total population 22686 analyzed meta-analysis. The overall pooled 4.0%, heterogeneity among substantial (I 2 =86.1%, P <0.00001). Meta-regression revealed that subtype geographic partially explained this heterogeneity. Sub-group analyses demonstrated dcSSc lcSSc 9.0% 2.0%. 3.0% Asia, 5.0% Europe, North America, respectively.
